Our Process

And how we work with you

first meeting

This can be online or over the phone and there is no charge for this initial discussion, during which you can outline your immigration concerns or needs. We will ask you questions to gain an understanding of your long term visa goals, your background and current situation.

At this point we can usually give you a general indication of general visa options you may be eligible
to apply for, so that you can decide if you want to continue.

Following this initial call we will email you a precis of our discussion. You can contact us to set up a suitable time to chat.

agreement

Application

Before we begin working on your matter, we require you to read and sign our Written Agreement which sets out our services, fees and terms of payment, our professional obligations to you and your obligations to us.

Once the Written Agreement is signed we will begin by gathering all relevant information to fully detailing your eligible visa options and the associated costs. We will then discuss the assessment and seek your written instructions to proceed with preparation and lodgement of your preferred visa option.

we manage the visa process

Throughout the process we will provide the services agreed to in our Written
Agreement. We will communicate with you regularly and send you clear written
instructions clarifying what is required and when. Once the visa is lodged we will
continue to liaise with Immigration New Zealand on your behalf, responding to all
correspondence and queries they may make, up until the decision to grant or deny
your visa application.
